Wayne understood we wanted to make sure our website still looked medical and professional, we did not want our prospective patients to think of us as providing beauty treatments. With their knowledge and experience of working with other Aesthetic clinics, Direct Hit Media were able to build us a site catered to this.

Direct Hit Media have also helped us with our social media advertising and in particular Google. Our main aim was to promote our website traffic and move up the google lists, raising our profile locally and above other local competitors on google search results. With a new website, we understood this would take time but Wayne advised us on the best way to tackle this was through Google ad words. We discussed the best ad words to use and areas locally to target. He explained that regularly updating this, and observing the statistics, we could make little changes every so often to help us have that extra edge over our competitors and this has been working well. We have noticed a steady increase of new patients booking into our clinics.

We have also had business cards, leaflets and posters made through direct hit media which were of high quality and exactly what we were aiming for. Direct Hit Media understood we wanted clear, precise and sleek looking literature to pass on to patients and we have had good feedback from our patients saying how much they like our new business cards, leaflets and website.
